We all have inner children of various ages that represent multiple points of time in our childhood. From the ages of 0-10, and even into our young adult lives, our minds are very impressionable, and absorb everything from the world around us, including how people treat us and societal projections, which program beliefs in our unconscious minds in order to survive, soothe, and operate in our world. Therefore, what we have learned as children carries through to our present-day lives and reflects how we show up in the world through our relationships, and how we process emotions and approach everyday situations.

We have all had experiences that may have been uncomfortable or traumatic, and as grown adults, we have a chance to heal those parts of our younger selves (aka the wounded inner child) to reparent ourselves to release behaviors we learned as children that are not serving our highest good, in order to create new patterns that are more in alignment of what we seek in life to fulfill our wants and needs on our life path.

Signs of having a wounded inner child can include frustration, having needs unmet, low self-esteem, feeling like no one understands you, self-sabotage, fear of abandonment, commitment issues, challenges with expressing your needs and setting boundaries.

We all have things to work through, even if we feel like we had a great childhood. This workshop was created with love to allow you to heal your inner child and release feelings of shame, guilt, or judgment, so you can feel safe stepping into your most aligned, authentic self.

Before you begin the workshop, there are a few writing prompts provided in the workshop journal before listening to the mp3 meditation for the first time. Following listening to the meditation, you may return to your journal for post-healing writing prompts, and extra pages for self-reflection and self-connection.

More About This Program:

You may repeat this workshop as you feel intuitively called to do so, however, after taking the workshop once it is suggested to wait at least one week before repeating the workshop again to provide space for the healing to unpack itself. Please note that since this workshop includes remote Reiki, it is normal to feel heightened emotions, which can appear in the form of an emotional or physical release, such as laughing, crying, coughing, or the release of pressure in the body resulting in feeling lighter. As you surrender and allow yourself to release what is blocking you and no longer serves you, the Reiki works to remove such energies from the body, mind & spirit. Reiki healing is like a layered uncovering process, much like peeling back the layers of an onion, each Reiki healing session gently heals at a deeper level than the previous session.

This Program Includes:

One, 22-minute mp3 guided meditation infused with remote Reiki and Solfeggio frequency of 639 hz to restore and balance the heart chakra.

One, 22-minute mp3 guided meditation for healing the inner child, infused with remote Reiki without the Solfeggio frequency background music.

One 21-page journal with prompts and extra pages for self-connection and reflection

20 printable inner child healing affirmation cards in a 5-page PDF file US Letter size (8.5” x 11”), measuring approximately 3.25” x 3.25” inches. It is recommended printing the cards in color on cardstock, and I believe 12pt matte paper works best.

Please Note: Do not listen to the recordings while you are driving or operating equipment/machinery. Do not take any chances. Please consult your doctor first. Do not listen to the mp3 meditation when you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Drugs and alcohol are to be avoided for at least 24 hours before AND after a session.
