This safe, powerful, transformative & effective two-week online program was created with love to ease stress and promote peace. This program blends remote Reiki, guided meditation, and healing hypnotherapy, to bring more balance and harmony into your life, while simultaneously learning stress management skills.
For the first week, you will begin by writing responses to the journal prompts before listening to the audiotape for the first time. You will continue to listen to the audiotape at least one time each day for seven days. Upon completion of the first week, you will start the second week by writing responses for the week 2 journal prompts before listening to the audiotape. You will repeat listening to the audiotape for a total of seven days, which will conclude the two-week program.

You may repeat this program every two weeks or as you feel intuitively called to do so. Please note that since this workshop includes remote Reiki, it is normal to feel heightened emotions, which can appear in the form of an emotional or physical release, such as laughing, crying, coughing, or the release of pressure in the body resulting in feeling lighter.
